Bundamba

The Bundamba State School Library suffered some storm damage and as I understand had been closed for some time. It has since been repaired and remodelled with all new carpet, furnishings, air con etc. My expertise was called upon to create a mural on the main feature wall. The principal had been following my work for many years and was thrilled to finally have the opportunity to engage my services. I am honoured to be a part of the libraries transformation and contribute to comfortable learning space for the students.

I wasn’t keen on relying heavily on other peoples artwork for reference but found it to be an impossible challenge to reflect popular children books without having too much likeness to the originals. I hope I have done the various illustrators, artists and authors of these classic stories justice.
