I was contacted a while back by Sacred Heart School Booval seeking an artist to brighten up a couple of brown brick walls. Rolling with the hot and sunny one day raining the next Brisbane weather I applied artworks feature LEC the lion. The prep 2-3 area included LEC’s sidekick LEC Junior and utilised a bunch of students ideas. It was great to work with another awesome school in Ipswich.
It was great to return to Leichhardt State School in Ipswich this week. This time I completed a mural in the multipurpose centre working alongside the fabulous PBL (positive Behaviour Learning) team. It’s great to see students embrace the school mascot Leo the lion and offer positive feedback towards the new art.
