/Although it was a brief stay I enjoyed a day in Miriam Vale completing this mural at the local school.
Gayndah
/I recently spent some time on the road completing 11 murals via 5 different projects in 6 places. It was a super busy variety of commissions, workshops and it felt great to be painting daily again. The first stop on tour was Gayndah State School where the school tuck shop was brought to life with a great message.
Grandchester State School
/I was recently contacted by the principal at Grandchester State School to transform an undercover area with some art. I had a great time working at Grandchester and hope the murals will serve the school community for many years to come.
Shailer Park State School
/A fresh entrance sign and classroom graphics are my latest additions at Shailer Park State School.
Emmanuel College
/Since completing a mural on the Technology Block last year I have recently returned to Emmanuel College on the Gold Coast. This project entailed painting a floor mural which threw up number of challenges both in the design and application stages however I am very satisfied with the artwork.
Mt Cotton State School
/Fifteen years ago, I completed one of my first ever paid school murals at Mt Cotton State School, and during that time, I have been privileged to work on an array of artworks for the school. This latest projects saw my sign writing skills put to the test on a new sign and some landscape imagery for The Rainforest Room.
Arundel State School
/A few weeks ago, I was contacted by the Friends of Aundel State School (FASS) on the Gold Coast, as they wanted to make their tuckshop space more appealing to the students. It was a challenging space to work with, but FASS gave me a clear and simple brief to work to. This meant the design process for the mural was easy and I was able to create something which bright, appealing and worked with the available wall space.
